Eritrea, Ethiopia trade blame for UN force reduction
June 1, 2006 AFP ASMARA -- Archrival Horn of Africa neighbors Eritrea and Ethiopia on Thursday traded blame for the UN Security Council's decision to reduce by about a third the peacekeeping mission monitoring their tense border.
